She incorporates Yogic, Tantric and feminine Embodiment practices and loves to share her Art through Ceremony and Ritual, working with Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao and Rose Medicine as Plant Spirit Guides.
Verena is a Researcher of the mystical interconnectedness, inner child wounds and relationships. She holds a scientific degree in the field of Attachment and Bonding Mechanisms (M. Sc.), is a certified Hridaya Yoga Teacher, educated in Neo Emotional Release and former support of the Sundari Temple Team and most of all, a passionate Mother. With her partner and little son, she is based in Portugal.
