My life has always been driven by a longing—a deep search for true freedom.
An ecstatic freedom. A taste of freedom that expands my heart and makes me sigh in aliveness, relief, and bliss. Back then, I didn’t yet know that this freedom could only ever be found within myself—as the most intimate truth—so I began searching in faraway places.
I embarked on many travels and immersed myself in the underwater world as a scuba diver, unknowingly practicing pranayama—the awareness of breath. This, combined with the feeling of neutral buoyancy and the magnificent underwater landscapes, always brought me into deep peace and bliss.
I looked into the eyes of turtles and saw reflected the ancient wisdom of the world. I had many moments of awe, wonder, and stillness through encounters with wild animals and nature. Since childhood, I knew in my heart that life is not separate or outside of me but rather an intimate, continuous, and mystical connection—an unspoken inner language.
My fascination with life and its miraculous interconnectedness led me to study and earn a university degree in Neuro-, Cognition-, and Behavioral Biology (M.Sc.). I researched the behavior of ants, crows, wolves, dogs, and their human companions, specializing in bonding mechanisms, attachment theory, and human-animal relationships.
I also found glimpses of this freedom in music—in the ecstatic moments when a crowd moves to the same rhythm, heartbeats attune to each other, and everything else dissolves. Layers fall away, personality is forgotten, and all that remains is joy and celebration.
Then, just after completing my studies, I was called to Mexico—to a place called Hridaya Yoga, where I was taught to find within myself what I had been yearning for.
A reconnection to something greater. Something mystical. Something so alive, yet so still.
The taste of an intimate reunion with the Divine.
Since 2016, I have sat in many silent meditation and darkroom retreats, diving deeper into the realms of my heart. I have trained and studied across the world—from the Mayan lands of Mexico (Hridaya Yoga Teacher Training) to the sacred temples of Egypt (various trainings with Sofia Sundari, where I also served as part of her Temple Team).
For the past four years, I have been developing my body of work, which is dedicated to the Divine Human Heart. It includes in-person trainings as well as individual mentoring journeys online.
Together with a soul sister, I co-founded Sanctuary Rosa Mystica, where we facilitate mystical pilgrimages and workshops in Portugal and France. We share the wisdom teachings of the Magdalene-Christ lineage, reawakening the ancient song of the Rose Mysteries within the collective consciousness.
In all that I offer—both in person and online—I create transformational, ceremonial temple spaces, inviting you to experience the deeper dimensions of your divine human soul.
My work is woven from many paths and teachings: yogic and tantric practices, my initiations by Mother Gaia, and the sacred plant medicines of cacao and rose.
I see myself as a vibrant explorer of Truth, and I believe that we can heal in the most powerful ways together. To me, healing is nothing less than an opening—an unveiling of our eternal, blissful nature, shining through our unique expression and glowing eyes.
