My Life has always been driven by the longing and search for a sense of deep Freedom.
An ecstatic Freedom. A taste of Freedom that expands my Heart and makes me sigh in aliveness, relief and bliss. As back then I didn’t know that this Freedom can permanently just be found within myself as the most intimate Truth, I started to search in very far away places.
I embarked on many travels and immersions into the underwater world as a scuba diver, where I actually first unknowingly practiced “pranayama”, the awareness of my breathing patterns. This, combined with the sense of neutral buoyancy and the most magnificent underwater landscapes, always led me to states of deep peace and bliss.
I looked into the eyes of turtles and saw reflected the ancient Wisdom of the World. I had many deep moments of awe, wonderment and stillness through encounters with wild animals and nature and since a child I knew by Heart, that Life is not separate or outside of me, but rather that there is an intimate, continuous and mystical connection, even communication, with it through an unspoken, inner language.
My fascination for life and its miraculous interconnectedness also led me to my studies and University Degree in Neuro-, Cognition and Behavioural Biology (M.Sc.), where I researched on the behaviour of ants, crows, wolves and dogs and their owners and got specialised in the field of bonding mechanisms, attachment theory and human-animal relationships.
Other places, where I would find glimpses of this Freedom were in music, in the ecstatic moments of immersion when a crowd of people are all following the same rhythm and the heartbeats attune to each other, forgetting layers and masks, forgetting personality, forgetting everything, but just being together in this Joy and Celebration.
Just when I had finished my University Studies, I got called to Mexico, to a magical place named Hridaya Yoga, where they teach you to find within Yourself what I was so yearning to feel and explore.
A re-connection to something greater, something mystical, something so alive and yet so still.
The Taste of intimate Reunion with the Divine.
Since then, 2016, I have sat in many Meditation and Darkroom/Isolation Retreats and have gone through intensive Trainings from the Mayan Lands of Mexico (Hridaya Yoga Teacher Training) to the Holy Temples of Egypt (various Trainings with Sofia Sundari as well as former support of her Temple Team) exploring the Dimensions of Life and the Realms of my Heart.
Since 4 years I am continuously developing my Body of Work, that is dedicated to the Divine Human Heart and contains In-Person Trainings as well as individual Mentoring Journeys online.
Together with a Soul Sister, I founded Sanctuary Rosa Mystica, where we facilitate Mystical Pilgrimages and Workshops in Portugal and France and share the Wisdom Teachings of the Magdalene-Christ to re-awaken the ancient Song of the Rose Mysteries within the collective Consciousness.
In all the work that I am offering, both in- Person and Online, I open transformative and ceremonial Temple Spaces, where You are invited to experience deeper Dimensions of Your divine human Soul!
I am working with different tools that I learned along my Journeys, use Yogic and Tantric practices, incorporate my Initiations by Mother Gaia as well as the support of the sacred Plant Medicines of Cacao and Rose.
I perceive myself in a vibrant Exploration towards Truth and I believe that we can heal in such potent ways together, whereas I understand Healing as nothing less than the most powerful Opening to our eternal, blissful Nature, shining through our unique Expression and glowing Eyes!
With my Beloved and little Son, I am based at the Algarve in Portugal.
